The Original Sims 3 Jobs change hours?

Is this just happening to my game or is it to everyones?
Because most of my jobs have changed from 9am to 3pm to 1pm to 7pm
and I don't like it and wanna change back

Is that meant to happen or is that a bug?

Go here, scroll down to the careers in TS3, and check a job's hours you think its hours might've changed.

One thing you should remember are promotions. Being promoted to a higher job level sometimes has different hours.

Dude I'm 100% sure the jobs have changed times :(
Example... a "Snitch" in the "Law Enforcement" career used to be 9am to 3pm
It is now 12pm to 5pm
A "Test Subject" and all the first 3 levels on the "Business career" has changed to 1pm to 7pm :(
when before the Test Subject was 9am to 2:30pm and Business was 8am to 2pm

any idea why this is happening? :(

I think they changed with different EP's in TS2.
so they're probably changing them again

I noticed that when I had a Sim take a job in the acting career in Bridgeport her work hours were 1pm-7pm. I got another Sim the same job in Sunset Valley and her work hours were 7am-1pm.

I've noticed this as well. All of my Sims working the same jobs in other neighborhoods had earlier work shifts.

My Sims that I was playing in Bridgeport, all went to work at either 12n or 1pm, and got off around 7pm.

Kind of puts a damper on having them make it somewhere for 'Happy Hour' or when their invited to a celebs house party that's starting at like 6pm-ish.

It's the same way in my game too.
I happen to like the new hours though.
When my sims are out till 4am clubbing, they don't have to wake up all early for work with only 3hrs sleep.
