My Sim is spotty?

I used Private Practice by SimRealist for some time. That mod meant when Sims were sick, action had to be taken in the form of visiting the doctor and (usually) taking mod specific medicine.
However, I’ve reduced my mod use drastically and now I have a Sim quite sick with spots (like the patients when you’re playing as a doctor…). He’s got a dizzy moodlet stating “from illness”. Only I can’t remember what to do. Please help!
