Bug or Feature? Sim Paintings

Sim-crafted paintings don't seem to give the decorated buffs they used to, if they even give them at all. It's especially noticeable in my house filled with masterpiece paintings; they used to give my sims the max decorated buff. Is this a bug or did they remove the decorated buff for sim paintings?
