While it would be wonderful to have several businesses on one lot, I would also like to see living areas added so a live-in business or businesses are possible. Selling from a table on your lot seems too much like a yard sale.
Some things like garden produce work great as a yard sale. But a live in business would be great option not just for shops. We still can't earn money as baristas or mixologists at cafes and bars or be a chef in our own restaurants. Or charge for admission to lots like a museum, gallery, or public pool.
