Medical Wearables and Tattoos Mixing

Unfortunately with the new update theres what may be a minor issue with the wearable options available if you have a Sim that has tattoos upon combing it with a medical wearable, the tattoo would disappear leaving only the wearable visible and vice versa, however with the newly added burn marks (correct me if I'm wrong) you can combine them with tattoos perfectly fine, if anything they could end up mixing well, which feels like a minor oversight seeing Sims might end up gaining wearables over their life well after having a tattoo done
