I doubt it and besides, you need modders who are willing to transform it so it's compatible with ray tracing. It's already tough enough getting the game to even recognize modern graphics cards to begin with.
@Gothangel Sims 3, SimsCity, Sims4 are optimized by NVIDIA Experience. You will need to upgrade the GraphicsCards.sgr and the GraphicsRules.sgr files to include the newer graphics cards in the Sims 3 - you can find the updated files here: https://simscommunity.info/2021/08/31/must-have-mods-for-the-sims-3-to-improve-stability-and-performance/ -- there are similar mod fixes for the Sims2 to update the graphics cards, you can find it if you do a web search. It has been a while since I updated mine. I never played Sims1 so I can't speak on what you need to do there.
I haven't found any issues playing my games, if anything my graphics are better.
