    Okay, Now I'm Officially Creeped Out!

    The Cowplant was dead. Dried up bones. Just needed to be taken out to the trash, dead. Dead. As. A. Doornail. Dead. We're talking dead, here. I set MCCC to keep my celebrity's fame from decaying, which required that I exit the game and restart. I did this and when I get back into the game, all set to have Aaron gloat over the death of the Beastie. What does he find? It. Is. Alive! To be certain I only set the FAME DECAY to 0. Not decay, in general. Cripes The dang monster was DEAD. This is wholly and completely unacceptable. If I wanted it back I could have pulled the room with it alive inside, back into my game. The kids are set to go off to Uni, just after the last birthday party. Yikes.

    Has this happened to anyone else? What is going on here? This is major league creepy.

      I built a fence around one to intentionally starve it to death because I wanted its bony remains as a decoration, and indeed I did get the dead version for a while but then it reverted to its just-planted stage. At that point I gave up and just deleted the thing.

      I think most of the Sims in the household have just decided they weren't going to feed the Monster anymore. I'm glad to hear what you've discovered. It just reverted to its dead self. I'll take this opportunity to dispose of it. Thank you for the tip! Aaron, the eldest kid has been swallowed at least three times. Their mother, several times. Brianna, the one who planted the evil thing and considered it her pet, was sampled a few times, too. As was Joey. The only ones who escaped the horrors was the Dad, the second eldest, my Global Superstar and their baby brother, who just became a Teen. The four oldest kids will be off to Uni very soon. So, I will have one of them dispose of the 'dead plant.' :) Before the game resurrects it a second time. :open_mouth:

      I've had cowplants regrow after dying. I guess it's a bug, and I don't have MCC installed.

      When I moved my dead cowplant it reverted to baby form and was alive again.

      Hahahaha. That is creepy! I have a Milk Cowplant I haven't tried to use yet. I hope if it dies it comes back to life!
      The Sims is NOT a game, it's a lifestyle choice.

      I never plant the thing; just keep one in inventory for the gardening collection. Same with the trash plant and bizarre fruit;; there are some plants that should never be grown lol.

      This happened to me too. I was mad because I wanted the skeleton. I didn't want to have to wait for it to die again and risk it eating someone!
