Sims 4: What new content would you like to see in the sims?

Recently the sims has gotten packs that have answered many sims prayers, but what now? With farming expected to be coming around eventually due to farm-like content in Eco Lifestyle and "SimCommuniTEA" leaks hinting at cars later this year.
What other packs would we like to see? This is excluding free patches and has to be an actual expansion, game or stuff pack.

Farm-like content coming in eco lifestyle includes, but is not limited to: insect farms, vertical and hydroponic gardening, new harvestable (if this counts haha), some of the CAS items have a farm/homesteading aesthetic to them, meat wall, etc. Just content expected in a farming pack that could have been put in this one, because it works and leaves more room for other gameplay in a farming pack. The juice machine and candle-making have been coupled with the concept of a farming pack along with canning.
theme park expansion. the ability to build modular roller coasters instead of the prebuilt ones in previous iterations. more arcade games like whack-a-mole (hopefully with will wrights head popping out again like in sims 1), those little shooter booths where your sims can win prizes, bumper cars, etc.
i think it would be really fun. would be a destination world, different areas of the theme park being "neighborhoods", but i would like it to be an expansion to get a lot of objects and gameplay, like being able to run the park, with it.
- houses should be for rent, apartments should be for sale
- Owning multiple lots
- More unexpected events: I watched James Turner‘s EL video today and there was a message/phone call by a woman that said that he’ll inherit lots of money from one of his ancestors under the condition that he‘ll get married within seven days. I‘d like to have more of this.
Packs:
- Hotels, resorts, Airbnb, couchsurfing, homelessness + new summer/winter worlds + new summer/winter activities.
- Better life events: better weddings, golden anniversaries, baby showers someone is pregnant, funerals when someone dies, etc. When they finally add story progression we should get invited to major life events of friends & family. Also child & spousal support, inheritance, loans.
- Romance: attraction system, asymmetric friendship/relationship bar, cuddling in bed and on the couch when watching TV, slow dancing, NPC‘s asking to be bf/gf, NPC’a proposing
- Dangerous things: burglars, hurricanes, meteors, illnesses, new random deaths (e.g. slipping on ice)
