Is the Console version not getting the Noctis outfit?

I have downloaded Cayde Gordon from the gallery a few nights ago thinking that would "unlock" the outfit, but it did not, apparently. I have searched in the wardrobe at least 5 times. I'd love to add it to some of my Sims' wardrobes.

Do you have a picture of the said outfit? If it's on PC its coming to consoles.

you know, I swear I had that outfit at one point (I remember wondering what it was, cause I don't know FF very well) and then it just vanished....maybe it got patched out? Idk.
