Walls must stay in place, would like to see the paths to stay also. However doors, windows, landscaping areas, roof shapes, etc can be changed. I elected to change the entire roof structure, windows, porches, etc. Sorta re-imagine it. I've got a lot of work still to do, but here's the outside shell so far. I left all walls, and the only path I deleted was the driveway - the lot I put it on had no road on that side.

To be clear: we can add walls inside as we want? Or does it have to be the same as the floor plan from the website?

You can do any floor plan you want. The website is just to show you the house I used.

@Christabelle73 I just have the yard to "finish" - I say that in quotes because I'm awful at landscaping. I should be able to get to it tomorrow and upload it!

Hi! new simmer here, just a question, how do you get the roof to not end up inside the walls when you have multiple levels like that? I love the idea of the round roof over a porch but can't make the roof stay only on the outside of the second story

Also check out some of their speedbuilds, I know it goes kinda fast but you can still get some ideas. Also do a search for Sims 4 Tutorials and see if there are any others that might help you.
