Dance Party

Ok dance party at the bluffs isn't working...loads of sims turn up but they just stand around at the entrance talking...no one on the dj booth...no one at the bar and my sim who has level 4 dj mixing can't get the booth to work.

Has this ocurred at multiple dance parties at The Bluffs? If it has just occurred one time, try seeing what occurs the next time your sim attends a dance party there.

This is the second time....A bar tender did turn up but no dj.

Have you had times when the dance party worked correctly there, with the right sims appearing ? If it occurs every time.try testing in a fresh new save game to see if it occurs there also.

I do.....and it was raining in newcrest where my sim lives but not at the bluffs...about 16 sims were milling around the entrance to the bluffs for about 2 sim hours then a bartender turned up and they all moved to the bar and started drinking....no dj turned up and my sim who is level 4 dj mixing couldn't use the dj booth.

It's worked ok in another game....but I haven't played that family since the recent update.

Try deleting the cache files and repairing the game.

Then try testing again to see if the issue remains.
