Is this PC good enough for playing The Sims 3 on high settings without lags?

Hi! I just want to know if my PC is gonna let me play The Sims 3 on high setting without lags. I'm gonna play in Sunset Valley with these EPs: Generations, Seasons, Pets and University Life.

These are my PC's specs:
CPU: Intel Quad Q8400
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 550 2 GB
RAM: 7 GB (1333 MGHz)
