a school venue I'm talking about the ones kids go to though that would also be nice I mean like in the sims 3 where they could take a class and get skills but it could work like the club system you could choose witch skill they teach there and what the rules are

when I say school I don't mean the ones kids go to adults could go there to build skill with an npc teacher
the school would teach any skill you want and once your sim is at the top of a skill they could be a teacher and run a school
you also set the rules for the school

carnival

I had to go with carnivals because I want Amusement and Waterparks. Skating however is a close second though we might get that with Seasons.

Something you missed is a Marine Aquarium Venue were your surrounded by marine life with glass walls and ceilings. Something else I want in TS4.

I would love a hotel! I loved that about Sims 3. I would love that to be in the Sims4 and be available everywhere!
I want my current household to run a hotel so bad!

candy shop jars of candy line the shelves what kind will you pick this would add a verity of candy lollipop anyone?

I like Candy shop but only if the Sims can make some kinds of candies.

School. I'd want school options for all ages. Pre school, elementary, high school, and college.

Theater of the Arts (not a movie cinema)- a place where sims can go to watch plays, dance, or watch the opera. This would also open up new active careers such as Actor, Dancer and Singer careers. We could design the sets for the theater, choreograph the dance, and select the type of music our sims sing during the show.

I chose theater because I really want my Sims to have more fun activities but I'd also really like hotels!

torn between theater and carnival...took theatre because of the possible carrers but a carnival would be cool too (if it's not as lame as tose festivals in the City).

Open a hotel in an island paradise expansion pack- where you can scuba dive, make friends with mermaids, and own houseboats- just like in the Sims 3.

I want them all, but an Education EP would be awesome! Being able to create a school and go to school with kids and teens would be amazing.

Martial arts and theatre are in joint second, both hold a special place in my heart lol
