    Cant download from the exchange (ANYTHING)

    I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I deleted all the cashe.Package files. I still can access the exchange. After I reinstalled the game the launcher will come up but with no place for you to log in. If I go into my account on the web and try to down load a store item already purchased the launcher will come up but wont recognize my login and password. I see other post with this problem with no fix.

      Have you tried clearing Explorer's cache? Even if you never use the browser, the launcher does for certain tasks. Make sure you uncheck the option to preserve data for favorites, or else the data from EA's websites probably won't get erased. This is often the fix for people who have trouble logging in.

      Also, when you uninstalled, did you use a program like Piriform's CCleaner (it's free) to clean the Windows registry? The process of uninstalling TS3 won't completely remove all remnants of the game from your computer otherwise, and that might be why your new install isn't cooperating.

      Its a network issue. I did all that crap and it was not on my end. Thanks tech support. Their is a bug with the Launcher for some reason it wont read files from the exchange. I was able to download store content but not anything from the exchange. What happen freak incident that happen in which I was able to start to down load again. I went to tsr.com and downloaded a couple of items and sims and it somehow corrected what was going on with the launcher.
