I especially loved the daycare profession from the Sims 3 Generations, and I would love to see something similar to that in the Sims 4.
I am sure that there are mods for the Sims 4 that would allow a Sim to become a babysitter, however, I prefer not to use mods.

Having a daycare profession would allow Simmers to "join" their Sims during the work day.
And the ability to create your own daycare center would also be just as amazing as the profession itself!

• Just like owning a Retail store, Simmers could purchase a lot and create a Daycare center.
  • if Simmers don't own the lot they could still send their babies, toddlers, children, etc. to the center--which would be run by NPCs (unless Simmers purchase the lot).
• If Simmers rather not build Daycare centers, they could run a Daycare right in their own home (as in TS3: Gen.)
• A total of 3 Assistants could be hired (if working at a Daycare Center)
  • As in TS4: Get to Work, assistants/helpers could either:
    • Feed children--or prepare meals
    • Clean up center
    • Teach lessons--or help increase skills

This is just an idea I've been having and hoping to see something of the likes.
