The festivals won't spawn in spice and fashion district, I've been doing that move tray, mod, etc folders, restart game, put back tray, mod etc folder thing that was suggested a million time by the guy/lady called rosemow, but it just won't work, this better getting patched, this game is getting worse and worse, not worth my money for sure!

The Festivals spawn 2 or 3 times a week. Try waiting a few sim days or a week and see if they appear.
If they don't then appear, move your mods folder to the desktop and play the game for a week and see if the Festivals appear.

The spice festival will not spawn every week on the Friday . One Friday it may spawn, and the next Friday it won't.
Repairing the game may help your issues . To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

You may need to uninstall and reinstall the Sims 4 game.

Are you going to give that contact to me? Would LOVE to spread that around to my friends, they have been "enjoying" it as much as me, and I BET there are more people who would like to "YELL" their complains to EA. This forum is not getting anything done.
