It would probably be able to play the base game at low-medium settings, probably closer to low settings as patches are added. You might be able to run the game with some EPs, but only a couple. Thankfully this is a desktop and so an APU is less likely to overheat and be damaged by playing the game.
I agree with some of the others . Just for example my son's friend has an A8 apu on desktop which is stronger and it crashes on a lot of games. That computer your looking at I dont think will survive the game.
You can get a desktop to play this game $600 and up USD , laptop will be a lot more expensive $900 and up. If you need help picking out a computer post your price range and country
