Can my PC run TS3+All Eps on max?

Hi, I wonder if you could tell me if my PC can run TS3 with all expansions and accesories on max details. If not, I won't bother instaling the game.

Yes, that computer should be able to play the game with all expansions at max settings, and should have very smooth gameplay.
