    I see the specs needed for the mac but how do I know if mine will work with the sims 4?

    How can I be sure when I download that my mac will be compatible?

      compare them with your own specs hit the  and click "about this mac" and compare if you run those minimum requirements or better you should be able to run it. it's a mac native game. it should run fine. even on a macbook pro... macbook air is another story.

      Okay sounds good. I did that already and assume its compatible lol. Thanks! Also Im having trouble finding it on orign to pre order...

      You buy PC version, the deal is: When you get one, you get the other at no extra cost, so you by the PC version now, Tomorrow at 10am Pacific Time the Sims 4 Mac download will be available to download.

      Same thing with physical copies, you enter the code to Origin, and tomorrow the Mac download will be available to you at no extra cost.

      and even in the future, if a player buys the Mac download from origin, a PC download will be available if they need it with no extra cost.
