    I come bearing a house. It's actually based off of my home, which is a Victorian, and I thought it would fit nicely into the neighborhood. You can search for my user name, Misty Manor, or #SIMpleRealty. P.S. The bills are only about $300, hardly anything.

      Thanks all! I'm really enjoying build mode in this game. The decor objects add a nice touch.

      Misty Manor is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior of the house! Nice shade of blue that you have used and the type of windows that you have used look nice. It is very special that you based it on your real life home! It looks very nice how you have placed the plants around the edges of the house. The lavender at the front of the home looks nice and is very nice for sims to see when they return home to their house for being out. Nice covered over front porch. Very nice furnishing of and layout of the levels of the home! Nice living room area for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofas there having a chat , listening to music from the stereo near the staircase and watching tv. The dining table area is nice. The patterned floor rug under the table is nice, and sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the nearby window whilst dining. Nice study and library room! . Great window study desk alcove area for sims to enjoy using the computer at the desk or having a read of a book with the sunlight coming on. The grandfather clock in the corner is a nice touch, and the type of lights that you have placed on the walls looks nice. The picture on the wall is nice for sims to see whilst they are sitting on the chairs there in front of the fireplace. Nice design of the kitchen and eat in dining area! It looks great how you have placed the wall cabinets , and very nice window wall dining area! Sims will enjoy eating their freshly cooked meal at the table sitting on the stools there. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! Very nice patterns and colours that you have used for the bedrooms walls and beds! Very nice window study desk alcove in the pink coloured room! Sims will enjoy using the computer there and looking out through the window at the outside views. The lamps on the bedside tables in the rooms look nice. It looks nice how you have placed the pictures on the bedhead wall in the master bedroom.
      It is a very nice home for sims to enjoy living in! :)

      Love it! I've been looking for cute homes to download. Many I've seen are so expensive and I don't want to dig into any cheats until I've exhausted the game.
