    Is ts4 demo going to be public?

      Allegedly August 12. Just a rumor based off a date found in the FAQs which could have just not been updated.

      But to answer the OP other question, yes eventually everyone will be able to get it.

      Thank you. I guess ill be deleting ts2uc for the demo. ts2uc is lagging my pc!
