    This is going to sound like a troll... but seriously?

    What the heck?

    No pools
    No toddlers
    No basements
    No cars
    No CAST
    No WooHoo skill
    Sims "walk off" screen for jobs
    Limit of 3 buildable levels
    Loading Screens

    Did they not learn anything from SimCity 5?

    My preorder is cancelled. I have purchased nearly every single Maxis title since SimCity on Day 1. This is not happening.

    They need to stop right now, put it back in the oven, and let it bake for several more months. Why they want to cause themselves this much pain is beyond me.

    No wonder they were "bribing" all those Simmers they flew to Germany... they have to know this isn't going to end well?!?!?!?

      Don't rule out:

      No refunds on preorders.

      Yes, you'll get called a troll for this, but...I just blogged about this very topic and apparently no, they did not learn from past mistakes. Except the online only part. And frankly, if the game had play I could care less about that.

      But it is losing play very fast IMHO.

      Well it's just like Sims 2 except S2 had toddlers.

      You don't sound like a troll you just sound like half the people on this section of the forums right now. Upset about the removal of stuff.

      Hmm...

      Remember just last week or two when anyone who complained about features that weren't confirmed or even hinted at not having faith in the game were immediately called trolls?

      Anyway, I would love it if they delayed, even though CAS was pretty much the game for me most times I played the Sims 3.
