Future EP content hinted in promo videos? Seasons/University

I noticed something was weird when a YT user pointed out 0:36 mark of 'The ladies are back' which shows Sim Carrie wearing water flippers which came in Seasons (2 months ago). That video was posted in May 2010. Crazy, huh? Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't recall those coming in Store or any other EP/SP.
Just one second before it, I noticed this animation, which is her touching her backside and having her finger burnt from all the hotness. I instantly thought of University Life's trait 'Irresistible' which has almost the same animation we don't have in our games at all.
Now less important but still nice things. In back of this picture, shower has same stencil we got in Seasons on multiple objects including that shade/curtain standalone thing (unsure what it's called in English). Object posted next to the picture:
Last observation (from 'The wolfpack is back') - smustle dance, which came with Supernatural, or at least it looks like it. I don't remember any of these moves being added without Supernatural, so it might be smustle.
And that's about it, just based off two promo videos. I really think EA is doing it on purpose

Just look at the lifestate hints like mermaids and bigfoot! :roll:
Either that or maybe they play around with things in development, or develop things especially for promotional videos, then wait for an appropriate e.p to put them in? Like maybe they had the idea for the irresistable trait then thought 'hey, we can use that animation from the video!'. I don't know but I do notice a lot of hints and premonitions, especially in retrospect.

The animation for the irresistible trait is something Sims do when they've received a makeover in Ambitions on the stylist station.
The shower is from the Store, but it does have pretty similar designs as the Seasons thing:

I think the robot dance is the animation the SimBot does when it walks, you can make regular Sims do it with cheats.
I do think they give hints for future EPs in trailers, though. I've seen things mentioned a lot.
