I want to....I really do! But I am scared to. I've been let down so much by Sims 4. If this pack delivers what it professes to deliver, then it could bring me back in to the game. I haven't played families since very early on (just after Outdoor Retreat) due to one of my kids getting taken away by social services because I…
It can only be Bob and Betty Newbie. Because without their help I wouldn't have known how to play the Sims. Or learn how to make my own and play my own, or even understand what this game was about....
I think I said undecided. But after playing (after not playing for over a yr) my answer is no. Like everything now with the Sims 4, I will wait for a sale and wait for it to end so I can mod it to better suit my style. Gonna leave it. Add what I want on sales. Then deal with it when they move on to 5. (hopefully soon!) For…
I've been doing that since the start of Sims 4. I always delete the premades and make each town the way I want. This usually includes bulldozing the lots that come with the packs and making my own as well. My worlds are far different than the world created by the sims teams edit: I even have a build save based off of my…
Are we going to see "families" out at parks? Toddlers and infants? Or still just single sims? Mind, I haven't played in a long time so I don't know if those things have been incorporated...
It looks pretty good and reminds me so much of Sims2! I like that grandparents can come and spend some time at the house. I am also hoping that the parents can send the kids to the grandparents for a break now and then. I LOVE the idea of a family reunion. I've had one as a club since Get Together, but a different…
I loved the attraction system in Sims 2 because that pretty much took care of it. (Although I might have cheated and given the ones I wanted together the traits that the other would find attractive) But yes, it's nice when sims you like like each other with little to no help. Hoping this new system in 4 works the same
There was a whole controversy over it during sims 2. And when the game ratings changed worldwide, the sims had to change to appeal and be allowed to sell on the world wide market. It's why it's so baby-ish now.
Sims 5 is a definite NO from me. Not after 3 and 4. And with Grant in charge of it.....he royally screwed up 4 with City Living and situational outfits. Just no. I'll wait for 4 to be finished and then mod the heck out of it after there is no more updates. I'll just go back and forth between 3 and 4. And an occasional play…
What I said was that the current teen needs to be made to look more like a teen and not like a YA. They dropped the ball on the teens when they created them to be "skinny" YA's. They should have looked way different from the start. Not just the clothes they wear, or what they have available...their LOOK should have been…
IMO, I think they need to just make the current teens look more teen instead of YA-ish. Not add another whole age for adjustment. (just change the look of current teens) I'd prefer to see something done for elders. They've got nothing and not all elders crook over with back pain every 5 minutes.
@lanlyn I've wanted it for the off the grid living but have always held off until now. I just have to figure out which of my sims will go live that lifestyle in Henford on Bagley. I wish there was a no school option. I had a perfect family I used way back that lived on a farm, but I hate the forced school thing.
This is Frank Miner. He's been in my game since the start of Sims 4. He's owned bakeries, delis, restaurants....you name it. He's always been single and he loves life with his doggo
I've not bought it. I've not bought anything for sims 4 in a long while because I haven't played sims 4 in a long while. I've always wanted more romance (attraction system, etc) and slow dancing, to me, this GP just doesn't feel like "it" to me. I've never once had a "wedding" in my game between my sims. Don't see the need…
