Also, this candle has a power rating of 10??

The higher the number, the more efficient it is. Candles don't use any power, so they are infinitely efficient I guess, and 10 is the highest number rating I've seen.
As for the espresso machine could it be that the candle chandelier is too low over the counter and doesn't allow space for an object on the counter?

@mightysprite The espresso machine can't be placed anywhere. I tried grabbing the one that already has the machine on top and that one is also doing the same thing. And I tried placing it outside and all over the place.

And for the candle, the other candles say something like off-grid and that's the only one that says it has power consumption.

In my game, the espresso machine can be placed without any issues.

Yep. It's always on in my game. This is the only thing that's having that problem. I can place the little thing that goes next to it.
