Well, my new legacy seems to be starting off well. Looking forward to expanding it and getting another Crowley story started. No marrying explorers! Second generation born. Well, technically third as I started with a single female with a toddler and now her daughter has two boys. All going well so far!

There are also store updates, so you might want to try and run the update through the launcher for store content to be on the safe side. If you still can't see them in game, go to your purchases page and download the items again through the launcher and install them.

I'm sure she's fine. As said above, all sims, pets included, have a percentage chance to be saved from death and I've had a couple of dogs who lived longer than their feline counterparts, despite having a shorter lifespan bar. Your dog is just getting lucky.
