I've noticed that 'problem' on the livestream. If it's not a bug, but something by design, it was a pretty odd decision on their side.

I don't have the pack yet, but I'm guessing you can simply uncheck the deecoration option when creating/editing holidays in the calender (you know, where you can choose 'Spooky decorations' etc.). That's just separate settings you can easily change, and I think it's better that way. Some simmers may want to have more time with their Sims and play on long lifespan, but at the same time they want more dynamic enviroment so that means shorter seasons for them.

I understand where you're coming from, but to be honest, it wouldn't be intuitive for me either. To be honest, I would probably be looking for it under decorations :tongue: (even though I know it has functionality, but still, it was my first thought)

It happens in real life and it happens in previous iterations of the game. I guess they've programmed it that way also to give better impression of sesons transition. It looks weirder because you've started with spring so that snow is kind of nowhere, but in the cycle it should look better :)

It all depends on your imagination :) I feel like it's not so uncommon to watch sports at some point of any Holiday, and you can interpret costumes as wearing colors of your favourite team (let's say it would be a llama costume) - so here you go :tongue:

Thanks for information :) So I guess you could throw a Spooky Party and choose the costumes that way, just don't make it prestige party if you don't care about goals. I'm pretty sure you don't even have to complete the event, because Sims won't change automatically when it ends.

By the way, is there even the option to throw the party during holidays? If so, it'd be a workaround to use the Spooky costumes, but by the way you're describing it looks like that isn't the case. Hm, so we can't go on a regular date during Love Day either?

I'm pretty sure all the Sims will get some random outfits in the new categories. I believe it was the same when pools and swimsuits came up. But we know that the random generated outfits can be odd. To be honest, I used to love go out during the rain/storm as a kid, especially during summer. I remember that my friends had a big umrella, so all three of us could fit under it, and we would get off our shoes if it was really hot :D

It's just a bug that came with the latest update, hopefully it'll be fixed for Seasons. It wasn't planned to force us to use the thermostat.

Yep, it's decorated and can't be re-decorated ;) The interaction to decorate is only available on the one tree that comes with Seasons.

I love how everybody, no matter what option they've chosen, talks only about how evil the gnomes are and that they'll bring chaos. You can be also nice to them, you know, and they'll be nice in return ;)

That patch notes sound really good :) They've done some nice job this for this month in my opinion.

In TS3 they could be a bit scary for me, especially the dog one occuring in the middle of night, but I'm rather indifferent about their return. Although I like that we can easily decide whether we want them or not.

When you plan the event through the calander, you go by every normal steps, so you're also picking the host, inviting guests etc. It was shown during the livestream around 39 min.
