Why have you stopped? This game is so dry right now for me. I refuse to use mods that really effect the game play, and when you don't have those kinds of mods, there is absolutely nothing to do. Last time I played was in early March, for about 30 minutes. I want to play this game, but when I opened up my game, I didn't…
Sorry, I haven't been checking this for a while and just realized how terribly I wrote the poll choices for it... So if you chose sometimes I use cheats that's basically like "bb.moveobjects on" or "cas.fulleditmode", or in some games I use cheats. My bad 100%.
I play on the PC, because that's how I've always played. I've never played on console, but I'd imagine it'd be very very awkward and frustrating for a 7 year PC simmer :D
I feel like the filling of the fun meter would be a reason to join it alone! But I think that it would work better as a part time career. With reduced pay as you said, I feel it would belong more with part time careers. And since it's a limited time career (fall, winter, spring), that's another reason why it would fit…
Not interested, I'd rather play Sims 4 on my own. Plus, there would be extreme limitations I bet. Plus, The Sims Team right now is struggling to give users what they want, think about how much stuff will be missing if they add a whole online portion to the game.
Seasons, definitely. Great build mode and CAS items, game play elements that won't ever get boring and will always work well with any family, and holidays (calendar). Definitely the pack to get! I'd say out of all the packs you listed I would stay away from Get to Work personally. The three live careers offered are meh,…
What really annoys me is that for 20 years of playing the Sims, and paying EA for packs, we only get a hot tub for their anniversary. Hot tubs in the first place are fine, I sort of use them, but we've had hot tubs for a very long time now. It's great for people that only have the base game or are starting off with the…
:) Happy Anniversary! :p The video game I always go back to no matter what. Always been a simmer, not gonna stop! As for me, I've played the Sims since 2013, the last year of The Sims 3 and a year before the Sims 4.
I like the plum bob over my sims. It helps me keep track of them, since I usually play big families, and I just like how it looks. No problem with it at all, and wouldn't want it gone.
Personally, I wouldn't buy the pack again. The game play for me got way too repetitive and annoying. And yes, celebrities do take over and ruin venues, and if you are a celebrity, you honestly can't do anything in public without being mobbed by paparazzi and fans. Even when you are taking a vacation, you will be mobbed,…
If my expectations were high, which they really aren't, this is what I would hope for/expect: 20 new game play elements (implemented into base game) 20 new build mode items (implemented into base game) 20 new create a sim items (implemented into base game) I 100% don't expect this to happen, but I would like for this to…
It would be kind of cool to have a multiplayer mode, but I sure as heck don't want it forced upon me. I would use it occasionally, but 86% of the time I would play on my own, with my own families. Also not interested in switching to another Sims game at the moment.
I place tall fences for my backyards. Mainly because it looks nice, and so that other sims won't wander into my backyard. Plus, I want to give my sims privacy!
14 day seasons for me. 7 was way too short, and 24 was way too long, which made it impossible to get a sim to experience a whole year. I play on a normal lifespan, and for me 14 is perfect. A sim as a toddler and child can experience at least 2 seasons. And young adults, adults, and elders can experience a whole year of…
Luxury Party Stuff Spooky Stuff My First Pet Stuff Romantic Garden Stuff (Maybe) I know it's kinda a lot, but I use the heck outta the other stuff packs.
I don't know. I'm honestly not all too sure that I would ever use tiny houses. The only use I'd have for the tiny houses would be a cheap starter house that would eventually become a not so cheap tiny house. From what I saw the build mode items don't really interest me, and the Murphy bed doesn't justify buying the pack.…
You'd get more out of University. With Island Living, you get a really beautiful world, but after you get over that there's not a lot to do with Island Living. University just has more stuff in my opinion, and it keeps you more busy than Island Living does.
I definitely wasn't for DIY Delight in the first place, but the style that won the vote is totally boring. The build mode is too similar to lot's of things to other items in the game, and the CAS items are just boring and overall just doesn't stand out. I would've been okay with Cozy Craft Workshop's CAS and build mode…
8! Love this pack, especially the CAS and Build mode, but University itself is not all that great. Don't get me wrong, I love the atmosphere and having to cram stuff in while trying to maintain a decent social life, but it's just the rabbit holes and all the loading screens. There should've been at least one class per a…
