Out of the choices:
Asus
-dedicated graphics (low end, but you can upgrade that at a later date)
-more ram
Either one your going to want to upgrade the graphics. You can get a decent graphics card for about $120 and you'll probably need a better PSU as well which you can get for under $100.
Or if you can afford to spend a little more:
....
well all the computers I was going to suggest have apparently sold out. >.<
my suggestion watch walmart.com. Here's why:
recently they had the following gaming computers (sold out currently):
-$625
*AMD FX-6300
*8GB DDR3-1333 Gaming Grade Memory Module
*1TB 7200RPM Hard Disk Drive
*AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB
-$685
*AMD FX-8120
*8GB DDR3-1333 Gaming Grade Memory Module
*1TB 7200RPM Hard Disk Drive
*AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB
-$840
*Intel Core i5-3570K
*16GB G.Skill Ripjaws
*1TB 7200RPM Hard Disk
*NVIDIA GeForce GTX650 2GB GDDR5
The prices are accurate from the old listings (I copied and pasted from a post I did a few days ago). Now back in august this is what I got for $1099:
-i7-3770 with liquid cooling
-16GB RAM
-2TB Hard Drive
-GTX 560 superclocked
edit: hehe, forgot to check Newegg.com So here are some recommendations from them:

I want to upgrade my graphics card but I have a HP Pavilion Slimline and someone told me since its a Slimline most graphics cards wont fit into my tower
Slimline cases most often have a custom power supply which can not be upgraded and IF the motherboard has a video slot most often will only take a low profile video card which are often poor gaming cards.
Both the computers you list have integrated graphics and while might (and I really stress might) run TS3, how well remains to be seen (this is a hint that you probably won't be satisfied). I wouldn't buy paper clips from that big box store as Myself and many, many others have had problems (well that's an understatement) with after the sales service. Last I heard they were having financial problems. It's kind of looking like they may go the same way as Circuit City. I only deal with vendors that will be around for a while.
Some slimline motherboards can be transplanted into a tower case. IDK - we would need the whole model number to look up which motherboard was used.
I do not work for EA nor do I have any association with EA. I am a gamer helping other gamers.
