    having problems accessing the store

    I'm trying to purchase sim points and when it comes to the point where I have to log in a second time for security reasons, it just gets stuck and constantly loads.

    I cleared my cache and my cookies back to the beginning of time, so I'm pretty sure it's not me. I've also tried this in chrome, firefox and IE. It all does the same thing - get stuck at the second login.

    So what gives? Is the store just down?

      I am having the same problem - I am trying to go to my purchase history to download my content onto a new computer and I cannot get past the second login screen - very frustrating.

      It is frustrating. And it's been going on since Saturday! I wanted the Monte Vista+Sim Points $30 deal today..I guess they don't want my money badly enough?
