  it's my understanding that once they lock that out, it closed for good. Sorry you didn't register on the day you first installed that game. That's a real bummer.

  Erm, You have tons of time to redeem. Inside the case is a sheet with a live code and a website to redeem for the exclusive content. Supernatural is up to Sept 4/2013 and Showtime is Dec 31/2013
