I found something that annoys me about this game. I went into a family just to take a picture, and moved them around a little bit for posing purposes, then exited without saving. My goal was to take a picture of every sim, every day, so I can keep the story caught up for every family.

But when I switched families, and went into the new household, time had passed: the game had somehow saved anyway, even though I asked it not to.

So now I have to settle for keeping the game paused, and ending up with hundreds of pictures of sims standing still, because that's what they're all doing most of the time.

There should be a way to switch families without going to edit town, and without automatically saving. If I wanted the game to save, I would not have pressed "continue without saving".
