    Is there only one EMPTY lot that is 60x60 in sunset valley?

      Yes. :( I always thought the one by the Goth Manor was 60 x 60 but it was 40 x 40 :P

      I use the empty neighborhood at mts, so I get 4 empty lots! =D And in riverview, there are so many 6x6 lots.
