  The guide helps some, but The Sims 3 Wiki website and this forum give you all that information and more.

  That's just it, it isn't a strategy guide. The Prima Guide for Sims 3 never delves deep enough to discuss any topic to any depth. There is no strategy. There is no discussion on genetics, for instance. It is a high-level overview. Everything that is in the guide is available online or is discussed in the Wiki pages or in aarin's thread. Save your money. Please.

  I was going to buy it but have read here that it has a lot of errors & isn't worth the money. Here's a link to the Wiki thing, I find it very useful....

  I bought just to have it and I read it once I got it before I played. But if you've already have the game, you don't need it.
