Skin Discoloration on Newborn?

I don't know what the hell happened, but I have never had a sim that looked like that before...

    Once He ages up the it should be normal

    It looks like bad custom content to me.

    Have you downloaded any sims or other cc recently? I had the same problem a while back. When he ages up, he'll probably be wearing long boots.
    You can take him to the mirror and change his outfit of course, but it's better just to get rid of the boots from your game completely or else almost all your babies will be born like this.

    Go into your launcher. Click on installed content and look for 'daytime night time every time boots', or something similar to that name. Delete them and that should fix it.

    It's funny, I've been trying to get rid of those god forsaken boots for a while now but I could never figure out what they were called. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    I just had the same thing happen to me. I know this thread is old, but this just happened with one of my infants and I've also been looking for those gd boots! Thanks for the info, totally uninstalling them now!
