I have a hair request!

Hey people! Okay, so I was watching Friends (my favorite show) and it was 'The One Where Eddie Won't Go' and every time I see this episode I think "Wow, Phoebe's hair in this scene is so cute!" So I was wondering if any Sims hair designers could possibly make it? Or if anyone knows of a similar one? Here's like the only picture that I could find of it:

I have a few households with cc hair, if you go to cc hair in my studio there is one similar in there, I keep therm there for backup, im not sure who makes it though

but yeah its similar

There's this one in the store:

It's sort of similar with the bow, tail, bangs but it's more voluminous.
