  I wouldn't think that there would be a limit as long as you have the points to buy it. I'm not positive, though.

  Everytime you buy it, you can use it one time only. But you can buy it as much as you want.

  I thought it was only one time. Once you got it you could not buy it again.

  Maybe you can use it more than once, but it seems crazy to do so. After all, the big perk to completing a Lifetime Wish is the lifetime reward points, so if you change it too many times you've thrown that out the window.
  
  Keep in mind that once you've completed a Lifetime Wish, you can't select the reward to have it changed. It's over then.

  I think you can only use it once as a 'mid life crisis' thing. If you complete the original lifetime wish then you cannot change to another lifetime wish.
