  There is a no-censor patch out from before the release, I'm not sure if it works with release or not though. Google is your friend for that though.

  I've noticed that the blur depends on the angle of the camera.
  If you tilt it lower, it seems to show the Sims face.
  But if you have it tilted up like seeing the Sims top of their heads,
  it covers up the entire Sims face, etc.
  
  Or, maybe I have that backwards, lol.
  I just happen to randomly do it about 2 hours ago.
  
  I saw someone has got rid of the blur.
  They're seems to already be a hack for it?
  But ... that was when people had leaked versions. :-/
  
  Probably shouldn't download it?

  I've seen pictures on a sims blog about it, and it looks absolutely terrible anyway. No idea why someone would want to turn their sim into a silly-putty looking barbie doll!
