How well will this laptop play Sims 3 please

Hi,

I've decided to start playing the Sims 3 again and wondered how well my laptop will run the game. I have a main PC but mainly wanted to play using the laptop.

    There is no information on graphics card/chipset, but from what I can see you should be able to play on medium settings just fine. You could use another 2 GB of RAM, though.

    You should be fine, but the Intel HD graphics chipset will be the most limiting component in your computer.

    While I think the computer will be able to play Sims 3, I don't think you'll be able to get any higher than medium settings without terrible lag. And you'll probably have some lag on medium settings.

    The video card is integrated, meaning it shares it's processing power with the other components in the computer.

    And 3 GB of RAM isn't super high, especially considering the integrated video card. If you can afford to at least bump the RAM up to 4 GB, you'll probably get some better performance.
