"Quoin Collection" is closing in on 10,000 downloads! Thanks for all the friend requests and interest despite my being such a stranger to the forums lately. Between working fifty hours a week, parenting a one year old, preparing for another baby (our son's birthmom is pregnant and due in February) and fighting a near-dead computer I have been unable to Sim since August... Anyone wanna' make my day and get it over 10,000?
Quoin Collection --
A plethora of cream quoins, or cornerstones, adorn this classic brick farmhouse. Five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a breakfast nook, foyer and formal dining room are just a few of the many amenities found in this home.
The driveway curves around the rear of the home with a garage entrance (mudroom with laundry) and a back porch ideal for grilling.

The attic includes a potential sixth bedroom:
On either side of the entry is a formal dining room, library/office and half-bath. There is also a small side-porch off the library.
The first floor bedroom features an en suite bath and walk-in closet. (Yeah, I know closets don't work... but Sim homes somehow look wrong without them!) Note, too, the mudroom/laundryroom off the garage:
One of the five bedrooms is outfitted as a nursery. Another is furnished as a personal gym.
As always, I favor lifelike floorplans with closets, angles and hallways that make full use of second and third floor roof space. The second floor features a den, four of the five bedrooms and two full baths. You'll also see a stairwell leading the attic where another potential bedroom and living space reside.

So I missed this thread the first time around, although I didn't miss the lot at the time (DRF of course). But I just had to comment b/c of the thread title. All I could think of was that this must have been written by the most hesitant Dirty Harry ever! :P
