    Morbid...I know...What will the new death be?

    in The Sims 3 General Discussion
    In each expansion, there is always a new death...what do you think this one will be?

    I kind of hope that it will be disease. Then someone makes a mistake while making a patch increasing a value from say 1 to 10...then your town dies out :'(

      ^ There was no new death in Generations. (That's what posters told me) So, I wouldn't get my hopes up as this games becomes more and more childish and death is replaced by becoming angels flying away and ******* is axed while Try For A Baby is replaced with "Watch for the Stork."

      Yay!!!

      Actually, cause unicorns are magical happy beings of sparkles and sunshine and glitter. Any Evil Sim who witnesses one will automatically die, cause evil Sims are bad people. So, Good Sims like to ride their unicorn through town to rid the town of evil and rejoice with a happy party afterwards of peace and joy.

      Not sure about Sims, but I think cats, dogs and horses can only die of old age- although it was said somewhere that birds have one or two other ways of dying... Eaten by a cat? :shock:

      I heard talk pets could get run down by traffic. Not sure this wasn't cut as too ... upsetting to simmers. Would allow the introduction of a vet career though.

      ....That would be sad...Pets only die of old age....sims die from fun stuff...it's not sad when the sims die, only when the pets do :(

      It's not morbid, the types of death are a big part of Sims 3! I'm hoping there's a new one too :lol: Gunning for unicorn impalement, but I reckon this curse they can put on Sims has something to do with it...

      They already did that though, in WA they have the mummy curse. Also, I like how they have in the patch notes "They can cure certain ailments from bites, getting kicked, curses or even nausea, all with a swish of a tail! " for Unicorns.

      The immaturity in my couldn't help but laugh at that. In before fart jokes.

      I do think though, that pestilence might be the new death for this one. Thats how sims died in the Sims 1 and 2...when a hamster bit them.

      i know! if a stray animal bites you (its a 50% 50% chance youll get the disease) and before you make any touch interations, id recomend you would take it the vet to get its shot but if u r infected than go to the hospital and if u dont..well u die
