    Family/town disapeared

    im really annoyed ive been playin a town for ages but just went to play on it and its gone thiers no picture anymore just the town name!? can i load a backup or somthing? x

      You should be able to re-load it with the back-up. This happened to be before. Go into your Saves folder(my documents, electronic arts, saves...something like that....but that route as opposed to the my computer, program files route....took me forever to find it for the first time). Delete the original and rename the back-up as the same name (Sunset Valley.sims 3 I think is the format). Hopefully that works.

      I lost a family a few months ago that I had been playing for a month. I just disapeared on day. It's not even in my saved files anymore. It's like she was never there. Now 2 mo of playing another family they have disapeared and agin they are not in the saves. I do not know what happened but it really makes me mad. Im not even going to waste my time on playing this anymore. It's not worth it.
