    Service NPCs Do Not Appear

    I know this isn't an isolated incident, but I can't seem to find a solution anywhere. I didn't notice this was happening at first, and now I no longer have any backups which are not corrupted. Service NPCs never show up. This is an older bug so I hoped to find a solution but haven't yet. Is there a way to fix this corruption? It seems as if just the NPCs of a saved game could be replaced somehow, or services restarted, or something.

    I have no CC.
    This is a fresh install.
    I have no .bak files of this game which are not corrupted.

    Any help is appreciated. This is my legacy and I will be losing a generation by going back to the last save which is not corrupted.

      If you have Late Night... go to my studio and download 'Butler Man'. His stats are pretty high and he comes with a ton of stuff. Otherwise... if you don't have Late Night... download 'House Keeper'.

      .oO(I know I should have come up with more creative names... but it was mainly to point out what they are made for.)
