Can you do this?

So, my 9 year old sister brought this to my attention.

She clicked one of the needs bars and slid it up while holding. When the game is not paused ti goes up to what you slid it to.

I hope it's not to confusing.

Is this a glitch or something that i haven't figured out in the half a year I've had this game?!

She might have had testingcheatsenabled on. That's the only way I know that happens.

    Yes It's a cheat!
I don't know what I am doing wrong, do you have to type that in while in main menu?
Because when I am in the household I type in testingcheatsenabled true and I can't slide them :?

It's not a glitch, it sounds like you didnt notice. :)

When you have testingcheatsenabled set to True, you can move any of the needs bars up or down. You can also shift+click on the mailbox and set your needs to static/dynamic. If they are set to static it will keep all the needs on max, no matter what they're doing.

Did you set it on testingcheatsenabled false?
Because mine stays on after I save and quit

Same thing with MC I believe if you set it that way.

The cheat might not even be activated.
"testingcheatsenabled true" didn't work for me, "testingcheatsenabled on" did though.

I never, ever got that cheat working. I type in the cheat, and nothing happens. No extra menus, nothing.
I have seen the tides of Simming shift from it's glory days to... whatever The Sims 4 is.
