    question about downloading from the store

    I just downloaded two new hair styles and when I go to the sims 3 game launcher, a box comes up for my username and password. I entered it and it won't accept it, so I can not download the items. How do I fix this? I've never gotten this box before..Thank you!

      The site launcher is probably down for a little bit. This happens to me sometimes too, I just wait and try agian later.
