    I can't install my game. Can anyone help?

    I have a relatively new HP w1907 that I've never had a probelm with before. It had all my previous Sims games on it and installed them all quickly and without a hastle.
    However, I have tried to install the Sims 3 about 20 time, now. :oops:
    I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but when I put the came in, the start up menu doesn't come up.
    Can anyone help me?

      Try going to My Computer and right clicking the icon and try to install it that way.

      Thank you very much for the help, but the icon isn't even in My Computer. :cry:

      You can try to download it from the EA DOwnload Manager. If you can find it, download it and then you just type in that long code on the back of your manual. It just takes way longer to download that way, but it should work.
