    The Bayview - NEW LOT by Architektin (I´m finally back...)

    Hey fellows,

    due to the loads of bugs that offend my game I had a creative lag for a few months, but now I´ll give it another try...

    Here´s my new lot, "The Bayview"

    It´s built on top of a hill with perfect views to the bayside of Sunset Valley (yes, I still prefer the premade worlds...). The lake on the ground of the villa gives your sims opportunity to fish for french as well as common fish, and koi. The style is modern, but comfortably furnished with wooden accents and many plants it has a cosy flair for the inhabitants. The spiral stairs lead to different levels of hights. 4 bedrooms (master, adult, kids and nursery), 4 baths in the recreation-building; 1 silent room on the very top (extra-building high above the rest) includes the study/library; big kitchen, gym & livingroom, disco in the fun-building; garage; 3 floors deep cellar with nectary, nectar-cellar and a martial arts trainingroom; 2 balconies with wonderful sight of the bay/beach; outdoor-pool

    It´s - of course - playtested & fully working!

      Welcome back Archi! Lovely to see your lot in the exchange again! I like your modern lot very much! Must have taken you hours to finish building and decorating this one! It is huge! Love the skylights! The kitchen is really pretty too! I will happily recommend this lot! :thumbup:

      Very nice modern, Architektin! I like your choice of woods for the flooring throughout the house. It looks like you've created a lot of really fun rooms there...what a neat place to live!
