One thing i like to do recently is keep note of each time i've moved a new family in to the same house and see if the price of it increases each time i furnish it before i move them in. My two real life younger cousins and their parents moved in to my save yesterday and their house located at 4 Pin Oak Court, Ridgeline Drive, Newcrest over the past few sim years have had quite a few inhabitants. Here is a breakdown of the prices.

The 1981 price is the price for the empty plot of land in Newcrest. The unknown architect ran out of money in 1981 when they built the shell and skipped town leaving the new owners in 1983 with a empty house inside with no rooms.
