Sims 3 on M1 Mac Glitch

So I finally installed my Sims 3 on my M1 MacBook Pro and it seems to run fine, except for an awful texture/graphics glitch. Some houses/hair/shoes/who knows what else aren't loading correctly (not even cc related because I haven't gotten that far in the game) and are showing up as bright red. I've tried messing with my settings in the game and that hasn't helped. I've deleted cache and that hasn't helped. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to fix it?

Sorry for the late reply. I've seen similar issues when testing the game on low graphics settings. Does the same thing happen on ultra settings, including enabling Advanced Rendering, and in a base game world like Sunset Valley? If you get red flashing (an entirely different issue), try enabling object hiding.
