The Sims 3 Graphics Issue

I have a Windows 10 desktop computer that I purchased in 2019. Whenever I play The Sims 3 it looks "blurry" is the best way I know how to describe it. I can post a screenshot of what it looks like for me. Is there anything I can do to clean up the graphics? I want to play The Sims 3 again but the graphics don't look good on this computer so I hardly play it.

Can we get some specs on this system, in particular processor, RAM, graphics card, hard drive size and space free? If it's easier, and we may end up needing one anyway, you could run a full dxdiag report and send the results up to Pastebin (the free version is fine) for us to take a look at as the report will be far too long to copy/paste into a forum board post here.

Your system only has an integrated Intel graphics chip, not a dedicated card (Nvidia or AMD). I'm afraid there isn't much that can be done on integrated other than keeping the graphics settings in Game Options on the low end and avoid using the more demanding EPs -- those are Pets, Seasons, IP, and ITF.

But let's also call in an expert on different GPU setups to see if I've missed something or she has anything to add. You can also get her attention and that of the others there on EA's Answers HQ board for TS3.
